01  ·  Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders placed on our official website. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must notify us no later than 30 days after placing your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Returned products must be in "New" condition — unused, undamaged, without signs of wear — in original packaging with all accessories (manuals, tags, free gifts). Fees may be assessed for damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging and deducted from your refund.
  3. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
  4. You are responsible for covering all costs and arranging the return shipment. All shipping charges must be prepaid by you.
  5. You bear full responsibility for any loss or damage during transit to our warehouse, including damage caused by improper packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery or return the item to you at your expense (with no refund issued) if a return is sent without prior authorization or does not comply with the above conditions.

02  ·  How to Initiate a Return

Email us at service@gtartistoo.com with the following information:

Reason for return (e.g., "change of mind", "size mismatch")

We will respond within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) with your RMA number and the specific return address.

⚠️ Important

Do NOT return any item without prior authorization or a valid RMA number. Unauthorized returns may result in delayed processing, lost items, or refusal of delivery — for which gtartistoo will not be liable.


03  ·  Refunds
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt.
  2. You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on compliance with our policy.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Late or Missing Refunds? First contact your bank or payment provider — most platforms require 3–7 business days to reflect refunds. If you still haven't received it after confirming with them, contact us at service@gtartistoo.com.


04  ·  Exchanges

We replace items only under the following circumstances:

  • The item is defective or damaged (confirmed by our inspection)
  • You received the wrong item (incorrect model, color, or size) due to a gtartistoo error

For exchanges due to other reasons (change of mind, size mismatch), please contact us at service@gtartistoo.com to discuss alternatives.


05  ·  Return Shipping Guidelines
  • For "change of mind" or non-gtartistoo error returns, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, local registered mail) and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
  • Only ship to the return address confirmed by our customer service team. Do not ship to any unconfirmed address — gtartistoo will not be liable for items sent to incorrect addresses.
