01 · Where We Ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. Standard delivery takes approximately 6–14 working days depending on your location.

If your delivery address is in a remote area, we will assess feasibility before confirming the order and may contact you to discuss alternatives or request a cancellation if delivery is not possible.

02 · Shipping Cost

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99 (or the equivalent value in your local currency). Orders below this threshold are subject to standard shipping fees calculated at checkout.

03 · Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery time consists of two stages:

Stage 1

1 – 3 days

Processing & packing — orders confirmed within 10 minutes; items inspected and packed within 1–2 working days.

Stage 2

4 – 11 days

In transit — standard shipments arrive within 4–11 working days after leaving our warehouse.

⚡ Special items (wireless devices or products containing batteries) may require 8–18 days due to shipping regulations.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not reimburse expedited shipping costs for late deliveries, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. For any shipping or delivery questions, please contact our Customer Service team.
